As a therapist deeply committed to nurturing the emotional well-being of children and adolescents, I specialize in providing person-centered therapy that empowers your child to express themselves and navigate their unique experiences. I believe that every child has the innate ability to heal and grow when provided with a safe, supportive environment.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your child's needs, including play therapy, art therapy, mindfulness practices, and cognitive-behavioral strategies. My approach emphasizes active listening and validation, ensuring that your child feels heard and understood.
I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. By collaborating closely with families, I aim to create a holistic support system that fosters resilience and positive coping skills.
My passion lies in helping children discover their strengths and build meaningful connections with themselves and others. Together, we will embark on a journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery for your child.
Therapy with teens doesn’t have to be a struggle. Dina makes it easy.
About Me
I’m Dina, a therapist who truly enjoys working with teens and preteens. I find they’re so easy to talk to, and I’m passionate about helping them navigate life’s challenges while empowering them to express themselves openly. With my experience, I’ve had the privilege of guiding young people through some of the most important years of their lives, helping them build confidence, manage stress, and cope with issues like anxiety, depression, anger, and ADHD.
My Approach
I create a welcoming space where your teen will feel comfortable being themselves—where they won’t feel judged, only supported. Together, we’ll work through what’s weighing them down and help them explore new ways of thinking and feeling.
My Motto
“I love working with teens! They’re so easy to connect with and talk to”
I focus on helping teens connect with their emotions, be more mindful, and let go of what no longer serves them.
