About Me
I’m Dina, a therapist who truly enjoys working with teens and preteens. I find they’re so easy to talk to, and I’m passionate about helping them navigate life’s challenges while empowering them to express themselves openly. With my experience, I’ve had the privilege of guiding young people through some of the most important years of their lives, helping them build confidence, manage stress, and cope with issues like anxiety, depression, anger, and ADHD.
My Approach
I create a welcoming space where your teen will feel comfortable being themselves—where they won’t feel judged, only supported. Together, we’ll work through what’s weighing them down and help them explore new ways of thinking and feeling.

Inspiration
My desire to become a therapist was shaped by a deep passion for helping others uncover their true selves. I was inspired by my mother’s ability to see people for who they are—not what they’ve done—and to listen beyond the surface.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through basketball, tennis, volleyball, and swimming.
