Maya Cobb, LLC Owner & Founder
Ms. Maya is a proud graduate of the Detroit Public School system and is devoted to promoting the importance of education and mental health in the Black community. She is a licensed therapist and is currently completing her PhD in Counseling. She believes that education and mental health go hand in hand with both being impacted by each other. She was a tutor for 4 years before fully transitioning into being a full time business owner and therapist. She is also the owner of Complete Clarity's sister company Journey to Clarity where she is the clinical director and lead therapist.
Kayla Holden, Recruitment Manager & HR Director
Ms. Kayla is a proud graduate of Oakland Early College. She has worked with Complete Clarity since it's formation in 2019. Ms. Kayla has previously worked for us as a tutor and administrative assistant. She is passionate about working with staff to ensure that they are fully supported as a valued team member. She enjoys working with members of the community to spread the word about our programs, connect with organizations, and recruit new team members and students.

Alysson Jones, Admin Assistant
Alysson is a recent NPower graduate with her CompTIA ITF+ and A certification. She is currently our Admin Administrative Assistant. Her previous experience in Admin was at Oakland University where she worked the front desk at the Academic Success Center. She plans to continue her education with getting more certifications. In her free time she likes to make websites, listen to music, and try new food.
Austin Petty, Academic Coordinator
With over six years of teaching both general education and special education students, I am passionate about fostering a love for learning in every child. My goal as an academic coordinator is to create an environment where both students and tutors feel empowered to reach their full potential. Driven by a deep commitment to education, I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I am dedicated to supporting your children every step of the way. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing a child’s growth and curiosity thrive.
