We offer comprehensive ADHD assessments for children and teens ages 5-17 (18- and 19-year-olds are eligible if they are currently in high school).
During this session Austin gathers a detailed history of the child’s behavior, emotions, and daily functioning. This includes:

During this session the child completes structured testing with Austin that are designed to measure ADHD symptoms. The age and reading level of the child will determine which assessment is used.
Additionally, both a parent and a teacher will be asked to fill out assessment forms. Parent and teacher booklets will be sent home with the ch

Austin cannot begin to analyze the results until she receives both the complete forms from both the parent and teacher.

We accept BCBS, BCN, BCC, Aetna, Molina, Meridian, McLaren, and Priority Health for all three session costs.

If your child is already receiving therapy at Complete Clarity, you must obtain a referral from their therapist to waive the intake session (meaning only the assessment and results review sessions will be required). Please contact your therapist directly or our administrative team for assistance.
