We offer comprehensive ADHD assessments for children and teens ages 5-17 (18- and 19-year-olds are eligible if they are currently in high school).

Intake Assessment
During this session Austin gathers a detailed history of the child’s behavior, emotions, and daily functioning. This includes:
- Understanding the child’s learning style and challenges
- Reviewing social and emotional behaviors
- Overview of family dynamics and medical history
- Discussing attention, focus, and impulse control in different settings
A parent or guardian must be present for this session

Intake Assessment
During this session the child completes structured testing with Austin that are designed to measure ADHD symptoms. The age and reading level of the child will determine which assessment is used.
Additionally, both a parent and a teacher will be asked to fill out assessment forms. Parent and teacher booklets will be sent home with the ch

Additionally, both a parent and a teacher will be asked to fill out assessment forms. Parent and teacher booklets will be sent home with the child following the completion of this session. Austin cannot begin to analyze the results until she receives both the complete forms from both the parent and teacher.

After analyzing the collected data, Austin will discuss the findings in a final session. She will either:
- Provide an ADHD diagnosis (if criteria are met)
- Indicate that ADHD criteria were not met
- She may recommend additional testing if she believes your child's symptoms are linked to a different diagnosis or co-occurring with ADHD.

Please Note: A parent or guardian must be present for this session. Austin will not present her findings without a parent or guardian present.
Insurances Accepted & Out of Pocket Costs
We accept BCBS, BCN, BCC, Aetna, Molina, Meridian, McLaren, and Priority Health for all three session costs.
Out-of-Pocket Payments:
- Intake Session: $250
- Assessment Session: $250
- Results Overview Session: $150

Current Clients of Complete Clarity
If your child is already receiving therapy at Complete Clarity, you must obtain a referral from their therapist to waive the intake session (meaning only the assessment and results review sessions will be required). Please contact your therapist directly or our administrative team for assistance.
