About Me
I have over five years of experience in psychiatric hospital settings. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, offering a trauma-informed and person-centered approach to care. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered in their healing process.
In sessions, I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, and existential approaches to help clients explore patterns, build insight, and make meaningful change. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who want faith to be part of their therapeutic work, while remaining respectful of each person’s beliefs and values.
This is where faith meets mental health; because healing is mind, body, and spirit.
