Brandi brings an open and direct approach to therapy, creating a safe yet challenging space where clients can grow. She is trauma-informed, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children, teens, and families. Brandi also works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, and she enjoys helping families strengthen their relationships through therapy.
My inspiration comes from my grandmother, a high school guidance counselor, whose simple but powerful words—“Keep going”—continue to guide me. That spirit of resilience is something I aim to pass on in every session.
When she’s not in the therapy room, Brandi enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with her four cats and her dog.
Currently completing her Master’s degree at Wayne State University, Brandi integrates evidence-based practices such as DBT and ACT into her work. She has a particular focus on distress tolerance and encourages clients to face challenges head-on while feeling supported in the process.
